Display homes with high returns and long leases

Hi Everyone, 
 
I am purchasing a brand new luxury display home in a suburb 
of Melbourne for 390,000 and it returns 560pw rent for 2 
years + 2x 1 year options. The agency I got this deal 
through has about 10 other similar deals available in 
various parts of Melbourne. If you are interested in 
purchasing one of these please let me know and I will get 
an agency agreement for you to sign. Once you have signed 
an agreement I can foward the developers details to you and 
you can check the deal out and decide if it is for you.  
There is no charge to you for this service because the 
agency gets a commission from the developer if someone 
purchases a property. 
 
These deals are highly sought after so you have to be very 
quick if you want to secure one. 
 
To give you some examples- One brand new display property 
is only 365,000 and returns 676pw for 12 months...Another 
one is 373,000 and returns 554pw for 22 months + 2x 6 mth 
options- UNBELIEVABLE ! BUT TRUE. Hurry for these ones 
because if I can get finance for one of them I will beat 
you to the purchase. 
 
Please note that the rent return is higher than the market 
rental- However this sort of deal is very helpful to get 
you started with good cashflow and give time for the market 
rent to rise. Have you heard the economists reports lately 
about rents being forecast to rise in some areas by as much 
as 40% over the next 5 years?
